Landfill is becoming increasingly expensive and unacceptable. The HotRot in-vessel composting system is an environmentally superior and cost effective alternative to landfill that also produces top quality compost.
The Hotrot industrial composting system offers solutions to the global issues of:
Organic waste is a potential resource of both nutrients and organic matter that can be used to replenish soils under pressure from traditional agriculture. However, direct use of waste is impractical. Composting offers a method of biological stabilisation that eliminates odours and pathogens and renders a product that is safe and pleasant to use.
High intensity agriculture in Australia and New Zealand, and a desire for both countries to strengthen their clean green images, ensures that commercial composting has a place in this market.
